Sea Nat is about 290 km from Utrecht.

A car (or rental car) is a good way to travel to and through Belgium and useful if you want to visit slightly remote places. The roads in Belgium can be of poorer quality in some places. Pay attention to this in bad weather conditions. On the highways it is regularly indicated where the nearest gas stations/restaurant, picnic areas are.

A Dutch driver’s license is sufficient, so an international driver’s license is not necessary.

Sea Nat is easily accessible by public transportation. There is a bus stop 200 m away, from where buses leave for Ostend station and Koksijde station. Both buses have a good connection with the coastal streetcar, which runs along the entire Belgian coast (from the French border to the Dutch border).

There is possibility of free parking in the cul-de-sac.

Koksijde is located on the coast in the province of West Flanders.

The luxury holiday residence Sea Nat is located near the Doornpanne nature reserve with the Hoge Blekker, the highest dune on the Belgian coast. With its many walking and cycling paths through the dunes and the polder, this area is very suitable for walking and cycling enthusiasts. On the routes you will also find cozy terraces where you can enjoy a drink. Active guests can also play golf, fishing, surfing, horse riding, mini golf and fitness in the immediate vicinity of Sea Nat.

In the vicinity of Sea Nat you will also find many cultural attractions. For example, you can visit the Abbey Museum Ten Duinen, the open-air museum Atlantikwall or Museum Paul Delvaux. You can also take a ride on the coastal tram between Knokke and De Panne. The cities of Bruges, Ostend and Dunkirk are also well worth a visit. The sea and a textile beach are approximately 2 km from Sea Nat. The naturist beach of Bredene is approx. 40 km away.

Language :
The official language in Belgium is French or Flemish (Dutch). Sea Nat is located in West Flanders and here Flemish (Dutch) is spoken.

Currency:
Just like in the Netherlands, people in Belgium pay with the Euro. You can go to most banks with credit cards and Traveler’s checks. With a Dutch bank or giro debit card which has a maestro or cirrus sign, you can go to the ATMs. American Express, Diners Club, Via, Master and Eurocard passes are accepted in almost all restaurants, shops and petrol stations.

Climate:
The moderate maritime climate that is present in West Flanders ensures mild winters and moderate summers with an average temperature of about 20 degrees. The Atlantic Gulf Stream that ensures that the winds from the west have less grip on this region. This Gulf Stream is also responsible for the sea temperature seldom if ever dropping below 5 degrees.
