Domaine Alicia is 2 minutes away by car from the beautiful sandy beach in Corsica Natura. That beach slopes gently into the sea, which is ideal for children. You can park your car for free at Corsica Natura to go to the beach.
Between the towns of Moriani and Aleria is the 40 hectare estate Domaine Alicia with 5 villas, 4 of which are currently rented out. It is 46 km from Bastia. The accommodations are completely free and all have their own swimming pool. It is only 2 minutes by car to the nudist beach at Corsica Natura.
Domaine Alicia is owned by the same owners as Corsica Natura, which is located on a lovely sandy beach. The beach slopes gently into the sea, which is ideal for children. You can take a very long bare beach walk all the way to Bagheera, past Tropicana and Club Corsicana, all exposed locations.
Domaine Alicia is an estate of approximately 40 hectares with 5 villas. Four villas are rented and only for a minimum of 1 week. It is close to Corsica Natura, just 2 minutes away by car. Corsica Natura is located on a beautiful sandy beach and here you can park your car for free to use the beach. Every morning there is a small cleaning in the villa, such as in a hotel room from June to September.
We can arrange transfer (to Bastia Airport), sheets, towels and final cleaning are included in the price. The supermarket, a large Leclerqc is a few minutes drive.
All villas have a jaccuzzi, outdoor shower, swimming pool and table tennis table. There are sunbeds around the pool, a barbecue and private parking. The WIFI is free and you will receive BVN on the TV.
Villa A Sulana 4-8 persons
Villa of approximately 100m2 on a fenced plot of approximately 1500 m2. The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a storage room and a fully equipped kitchen that opens into a large living room with fireplace. Outside is a terrace of approximately 90 m2 with a barbecue. The pool is a heated pool.
Villa A Suara 6-10 people
Villa of approximately 120 m2 with 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The living room is approximately 60m2 and has an American kitchen, there is also a storage room. Outside fenced area, swimming pool is slightly lower and you have a covered terrace. The pool is not heated.
Villa L’Alivu 4-10 persons
Charming traditional villa of approximately 130 m2 with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The living room is approximately 50m2, there is a fully equipped kitchen and storage room. The pool is covered with a transparent cover that can be pushed aside in the summer, but this allows you to swim all year round. It is of course a heated pool.
Villa Via Ferrata 6-12 persons
Traditionally charming villa of approximately 130 m2 with 4 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, large living room of approximately 60 m2, fully equipped kitchen and a storage room. Fully fenced area adjacent to the house of approximately 1000m2. The pool is not heated.

By car:
Domaine Alicia is approximately 1530 km from Utrecht. A car (or rental car) is a good way to travel around Corsica and useful if you want to visit slightly remote places. The roads in Corsica are of good quality, but there are no motorways. To go to Corsica with your own car, you have to cross by boat in France or Italy. In these countries you have to pay toll. Furthermore, you must be in possession of International Insurance Certificates or the green card if you are going with your own car. In France, including Corsica, it is mandatory to have an alcohol tester in the car. A Dutch driving license is sufficient, so an international driving license is not necessary.
By boat:

With the plane:
There are possibilities with Transavia to fly from Rotterdam to Bastia. From Düsseldorf you can fly to Bastia with Eurowings. If you don’t mind switching, it is possible to fly to Bastia from Amsterdam, Brussels and Düsseldorf. Due to the distances to the accommodations, we recommend that you take a rental car. Corsica:
Corsica is located in the Mediterranean, just 80 kilometers from the Italian coast and only 12 kilometers from Sardinia, but it is definitely part of France. With a maximum width of 85 km and a length of 185 km, it is the third largest island in the Mediterranean. The “Île de Beauté”, as Corsica is called by the French, is an island of contrasts. Rough cliffs are found in the west. Miles of sandy beaches line the island in the east. The fields and vineyards begin behind it. These extend to the foot of the mountains, which inland turn into a high massif, which is largely formed by a protected nature reserve. Citadels, churches, castles and fortresses bear witness to an eventful history. Typical of Corsica is the beautiful plant world, which consists of more than 70 different species that occur in the Mediterranean and in the Alps. These include rare orchids and cacti and of course the Macchia, which smells wonderful in spring.

The Corsican wine is definitely worth a try. More than 2000 years ago, the ancient Greeks planted vineyards, because the soil and climate here are excellent.
Language:
The official language in Corsica, part of France is French. Each region speaks its own dialect. In the tourist area you can go as a tourist with English.

Corsica is part of France and is part of the European Union and you can also pay with the euro here. Almost all cards for debit cards are accepted. Credit cards are also accepted.
Climate:
Corsica has a Mediterranean climate. The island offers you a long summer, where the sea is pleasant in temperature and not too cold for diving.
