Magnolias Natura Single Trip

Destination: Gran Canaria
Trip duration: 10 days

Gran Canaria. The island with the most surprising landscapes of the Spanish islands. One moment you are driving through a small mountain range and a few kilometers further through a mini desert. As a result, there are also many different vegetation present on the island. All this has earned Gran Canaria the nickname “Miniature Continent”.

The singles trip is from July 3 to July 13, 2024. It is possible to stay at Magnolias Natura on your own before and/or after the singles trip.

The July 2024 singles trip will go to Magnolias Natura, Gran Canaria

Magnolias Natura is located in the south and is a popular destination every year because of its attractive swimming pool with terrace.

Magnolias Natura was built in the late 80s and was then called Magnolias Golf. This property has 28 residences in 3 rows with the pool and restaurant in the middle. The complex is very small, which exudes a cozy atmosphere.

The houses are semi-detached and the terrace is separated by a wall, so that you have more privacy. It is not very remote unlike most other naturist complexes. It is located on a one way road in Maspalomas, close to the Maspalomas golf course. It is about a 35 minute drive from Las Palmas airport.

Program

July 3 Flight from Amsterdam or Eindhoven to Las Palmas, transfer by mini-bus to Magnolias
Natura of about 30 minutes. Dinner at Magnolias Natura.

July 4 Since we just arrived yesterday, we are going to relax today and do a little bit of the
explore surroundings. A free bus goes to the promenade and from there it is a 500 meter walk along the beach to get to the nude beach.

July 5 There is a market today in Port Mogan, a small fishing town. To get there, we take the boat from Puerto Rico. We will have a nice lunch somewhere together.

July 6 Today we will go by boat in search of dolphins and maybe we can see whales. Unfortunately, this boat ride is not naturist.

July 7 Today is another wonderful relaxing day.

July 8 Gran Canaria is a beautifully diverse island and today we will explore part of the island. We will drive along the west coast to Veneguera, where we will have a stop. Then we continue and pass La Aldea (where there are important tomato fields) and the Anden Verde. We also come to Puerto de las Nieves where the natural monument “God’s Finger” is situated. We will have lunch somewhere along the way. We also want to stop at a banana plantation to see how they grow and, of course, to taste the famous Canary Bananas.

July 9 A wonderful day of relaxation is scheduled for today.

July 10 Las Palmas is the capital of the island of Gran Canaria. Today we will visit it with a local guide who can tell us all about this city. Vegueta, the historic old town, is home to the Santa Ana Cathedral and the Museum of Columbus. Lunch is at your own expense. On the way back we drive to Bandama, this is a dead volcano formed by collapse. The last stop is Santa Catalina Park where there is free time to walk around, shop, eat or go to the beautiful beach (non-naturist) of Las Canteras.

July 11 To soak up all the impressions we have a wonderful relaxing day today.

July 12 Gran Canaria is too beautiful and diverse not to take another scenic drive around the island. We want to go to San Bartolomé de Tirajana where you have beautiful views of Santa Lucia. We will go to Guayadeque, Cueva Bermeja and of course we will also see the highlight of the island, the Roque Nublo (the landmark of the island of Gran Canaria). The altitude of Roque Nublo totals 1813 meters. A cup of coffee and a shared lunch are included this day. We go with our two vans. Tonight we will make it a special evening together with a fun BBQ. This evening’s theme is glitz and glamour, so bring something fun to wear that fits the theme.

July 13 Today is already departure day. We can fortunately take it easy because the flights don’t go early.

The program is subject to change due to circumstances. Common breakfast and dinner are included each day.
