Koversada isn’t only the first but also the biggest naturist accommodation in Croatia. In 2011 Koversada was again 50 years! Despite the many guests is it still possible to sunbath and relax at a quiet place. Koversada consist of a main area with connection to the island, which this accommodation takes its name and the settlement ‘Blesicka’. Koversada is situated by the acces to the Limfjord, on the other side you can see the accommodation Valalta. The beach of the total 120 hectare. large accommodation is about 5 km. long and rocky. We advise you to take watershoes.

At Koversada are very simple homes, namely A pavilion with half board, and more luxurious apartments with their own kitchen. All homes have a terrace or balcony with garden furniture.
The apartments are located in the settlement “Blesicka”, situated on the mountain and some have a view over the Limfjord.

Safari Tent / about 50 m² / 1-5 people
Large interior 2 sleeping quarters, one with a French double bed and the other with a bunk bed and a single bed, kitchen with 4-burner gas, fridge, waters sink and flow. Outside is a covered terrace with dining table and furniture.

Apartments
All apartments have a locker in the bedroom. All apartments are equipped with airconditioning, Sat. TV, phone, internet, a kitchen with 4 electric hotplates, oven, coffee maker and refrigerator with freezer. All bathrooms have a bath/shower, sink, hairdryer and toilet.

Type A3 / about 27 m² / 1-3 people
Bedroom with twin or double beds, living room with 1-person sofa bed.

Type A4 / about 32-35 m² / 2-4 people
Bedroom with twin or double beds, living room with double sofa bed, a large dining room with kitchen.

Type B4 / about 35 m² / 2-4 people
These are the only detached houses, like A4. It has the same division as a A4.

Type A6 / about 47 m² / 3-6 people
Two bedrooms with double or twin beds, living room with double sofa bed, a big kitchen and dining room.

The coast is rocky in Istria. We advise you to take watershoes.

Dogs are accepted for payment (not in the restaurants and at the beach), but only with a valid vaccination certificate against rabies and a international passport.

Koversada has received the blue flag as a reward for the many years of effort in the area of the environment. This flag guarantees the quality of the water and the beach. Koversada is a accommodation where people work on the environment.

Language:

Currency:
The official currency is the Croatian kuna (kuna = 100 lipa’s). Most shops also accept euros.
Foreign currency can be exchanged in banks, exchange bureaus, post offices and the most tourist agencies, hotels and campings.
In larger places you can pay mostly with Travellercheques and credit cards. Also ‘pin’ is possible in the larger towns. Always keep enough cash. In some areas are banks and post offices scarce.

Climate:
Croatia is a sunny country. The sun is shining about 2500 hours per year and the average temperature in the summer is 23 °C degrees. In Croatia there are two climate zones; in the inland predominate a continental climate, partly also a mountain climate. In the interior are the winters harsh and rainy and the summers are hot and dry. In the mountains falls a lot of rain and snow. The area along the Adriatic coast has a pleasant Mediterranean climate with many hours of sunshine, hot, dry summers and mild and wet winters.
