Accommodation at Sun Eden
You will stay at Sun Eden in South Africa, a traditional family resort for families who enjoy naturism. You will sleep in a stone chalet equipped with its own braai area or a safari tent, fully equipped and close to sanitary facilities. These accommodations range from simple to somewhat more luxurious, but all are fully equipped: kitchen, living room, bedroom(s), bathroom (except the safari tent) and a terrace with seating. Sun Eden also features a swimming pool, pool bar, spa bath, pub, sun-café (restaurant), store and a spacious playground for children. At Sun Eden, we can arrange half board or full board.
Your international tour
We organize with our partners Amanda and Lofty from South Africa, an international tour for you if you are interested in naturism. While staying at Sun Eden, go on safari in Dinokeng Game Reserve where you will meet the Big Five (elephant, rhino, buffalo, lion and leopard).
Check out Sun Eden for possible accommodations. For the Big 5 Tour, at Pilanesberg you will stay in a private house with pool where nude recreation is possible. At Krügerpark, 2 houses each with 3 bedrooms with private bathrooms are booked in Marloth Park. There is enough privacy to swim naked in the pool. The Naked Group Tour uses only naturist accommodations such as Lauma Aurora, Kiepersolkloof and Bird of Paradise. The latter accommodation also includes a naturist boat ride on the Vaal River. The last tour is the KwaZulu Natal Mountain & Sea Group Tour there is overnight at Lions River which is naturist at that time, at Drakensberg the cottages are far apart and it is also possible to go naturist. On the South Coast sits a naturist Glamping (luxury safari tents with private bathrooms) on the coast with a path to the naturist Mpenjati Naturist Beach.
Accommodation at the B&B in Houtbay on a bed and breakfast basis
Room Christine
This is the smallest double room. You have a dining table, kitchenette with kettle and egg cooker. There is no possibility of cooking. The room has a bathroom with shower and toilet. You can sit on the outdoor terrace.
Room Jane
This is the largest double room. This one is more spacious than Christine and has a bathtub in the bathroom. You have a view of Houtbay when you sit in the bath. Otherwise, this room has the same layout as Christine.
Since people often arrive late at night, Charl & Erna will prepare breakfast for the first day in your kitchenette. For the rest of your stay at this B&B for naturism in South Africa, you will need to provide your own breakfast.
South Africa is known for its safaris and wines. During your trip, you will enjoy the following activities, for example:

PROGRAM NAKED TOUR
Day 1-4 (Friday to Monday)
3 nights at Sun Eden on a full board basis (breakfast, lunch and dinner)
Here you can recover from the trip and relax by the pool, if you want an additional safari in the Dinokeng Game Reserve, this is available for a fee.
Day 4-6 (Monday to Wednesday)
2 nights at Lauma Aurora on a full board basis (breakfast, lunch and dinner)
Visit Mabalingwe Game Reserve and otherwise relax a bit.
Lauma Aurora is a “Bush Lodge” in the Waterberg Mountains in Limpopo Province. In the Mabalingwe Game Reserve, you may encounter elephants, giraffes and water buffaloes, among others.
Day 6-8 (Wednesday to Friday)
2 nights at Kiepersolkloof on a full board basis (breakfast, lunch and dinner)
Here you can enjoy some bare relaxing by the pool and, weather permitting, there is an evening campfire and you can enjoy one of the most beautiful African sunsets.
Day 8-10 (Friday to Sunday)
2 nights at Sun Eden on a full board basis (breakfast, lunch and dinner)
On Friday is the trip back from Kiepersolkloof to Sun Eden. On the weekends, many locals come here and the bar (Bosveld Lapa Pub) often hosts something or a Bare Boma. A Bare Boma is a type of campfire which is very popular on weekends. Or take a ride on the Sunrover. The only safari you can do in the nude. Along the way, you will encounter the native animals of Sun Eden.
Day 10-12 (Sunday to Tuesday)
2 nights at Bird of Paradise on a full board basis (breakfast, lunch and dinner)
Bird of Paradise, located in a beautiful garden near the Vaal River. A bareboat cruise will be held on the Vaal River on Monday.
Day 12-15 (Tuesday to Friday)
3 nights at Sun Eden on a full board basis (breakfast, lunch and dinner)
On Tuesday, we will drive back from Bird of Paradise to Sun Eden. Wednesday is for relaxing and Thursday is scheduled for a Game Drive in Dinokeng Game Reserve. If you want to go on more safaris, it is possible for a fee. On Friday, you will be transferred to the airport for the trip back or possibly on to Cape Town. Of course, there is always the option of extending your stay at Sun Eden.
B&B Houtbay in Cape Town on an accommodation basis
In cooperation with Charl & Erna of B&B Houtbay in South Africa, we can extend your tour near Johannesburg in the Cape Town area. Ask us for a travel proposal including flight from Johannesburg to Cape Town.

BIG 5 GROUP TOUR PROGRAM
Day 1-4 (Friday to Monday)
3 nights at Sun Eden on a full board basis (breakfast, lunch and dinner)
Here you can recover from the trip and relax by the pool, if you want an additional safari in the Dinokeng Game Reserve, this is available for a fee.
Day 4-8 (Monday to Friday)
4 nights in Marloth Park (in Krüger Park) on a full board basis (breakfast, lunch and dinner)
Here again it’s nice and bare relaxing in the garden and by the pool, from here you will do safaris in Krüger Park in search of the Big Five (elephants, lions, rhino, water buffalo and cheetah). These safaris are scheduled on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Chances are you will see all five here, but they are still wild animals, so there are no guarantees.
Days 8-11 (Friday to Monday)
3 nights at Sun Eden on a full board basis (breakfast, lunch and dinner)
On Friday is the journey back from Marloth Park to Sun Eden. On the weekends, many locals come here and the bar (Bosveld Lapa Pub) often hosts something or a Bare Boma. A Bare Boma is a type of campfire which is very popular on weekends. Or take a ride on the Sunrover. The only safari you can do in the nude. Along the way, you will encounter the native animals of Sun Eden.

Pilanesberg is also a Game Reserve where you will again go on safari to look for the Big Five. Afterwards, it’s great naked swimming at the venue. Safaris are scheduled on both Mondays and Tuesdays.
Day 13-15 (Wednesday to Friday)
2 nights at Sun Eden on a full board basis (breakfast, lunch and dinner)
On Wednesday, there will be a drive back from Pilanesberg to Sun Eden. On Thursday, a Game Drive in Dinokeng Game Reserve is scheduled. If you want to go on more safaris, it is possible for a fee. On Friday, you will be transferred to the airport for the trip back or possibly on to Cape Town. Of course, there is always the option of extending your stay at Sun Eden.

KWAZULU NATAL MOUNTAIN & SEA GROUP TOUR PROGRAM

From here, you will visit Howick Waterfalls, the place where Nelson Mandela was held and Twiggly Piggly On Wednesday, you will drive on to the Southcoast.
Day 6-11 (Wednesday to Monday)
5 nights in South Coast on full board basis (breakfast, lunch and dinner)
On the way to the South Coast, a crocodile farm is visited at the time the crocodiles are being fed. These days will include further visits to Magwa Falls and the world’s smallest desert. In addition, you will visit the Oribi Gorge and spend a day at Mpenjati Beach. On the last day, you will head to Durban and the Umhlanga Beach Fronts.
Day 11-13 (Monday to Wednesday)
2 nights at Drakensberg on a full board basis (breakfast, lunch and dinner)
On Tuesday, go the Drakensberg Brewery and the KwaZulu Weavers and Candles.
Day 13-17 (Wednesday to Sunday)
4 nights at Sun Eden on a full board basis (breakfast, lunch and dinner)
On Wednesday, there will be a drive back from Drakensberg to Sun Eden. On Friday, a Game Drive in Dinokeng Game Reserve is scheduled. If you want to go on more safaris, it is possible for a fee. - South Africa is a republic in the south of the African continent. The country is located in the southern hemisphere.
- When it is summer in the Netherlands, it is winter there, and when it is summer there, it is winter in the Netherlands.
- People drive on the left in South Africa.
- Cape of Good Hope (near Cape Town) is the name of the southwestern tip of Africa.
- Off the coast of Cape Town lies Robben Island. It was on this island that Nelson Mandela was detained.
Time difference
South Africa does not have summer and winter time. As a result, in the months of April through October, it is one hour later in South Africa than in the Netherlands and there is no time difference in winter.
Language
The main official languages are South African and English. In major cities and tourist centers, you can get by in English. Dutch is understood by many.
Currency
The means of payment in South Africa is the Rand. You can withdraw at all ATMs, provided your debit card has a Cirrus or Maestro logo. Credit cards are also accepted.
climate
The climate in South Africa depends a lot on the area you are in during the tour. A desert climate prevails in the west, with the exception of the area around Cape Town. A Mediterranean climate prevails there. In winter, however, some rain does fall in the Cape region. The south and east has a maritime climate with precipitation in all seasons. Inland, winter is dry.
