From this property you have views of both the sea to the east and the mountains to the west. This duplex was completely modernized in 2020. On the second floor are the living room with open kitchen and separate toilet, on the upper floor are the terrace with outdoor kitchen and the bedrooms and bathroom. The terrace on the second floor has been converted into a conservatory with fixed roof of which all the windows can be opened. The living room with open kitchen has air conditioning. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with air conditioning, bathroom with separate shower. The upper terrace has sea views and sun all day!

This apartment is on the first floor and is very spacious. Originally, this was a two-bedroom apartment. The second bedroom was used to enlarge the living room. This created a very spacious and modern open kitchen with an attached living area with TV and internet. The bathroom and bedroom are also modern and spacious. The house has a southeast facing garden and a large conservatory that makes the house a wonderful place to sit outside in winter as well.

This duplex has two beautiful terraces and has been completely modernized. On the second floor there are two large bedrooms, one with a large bed and one with two separate single beds. Both rooms have air conditioning that can heat as well as cool. The bathroom is spacious and consists of a round tub in which to shower. In addition, there are a toilet and a sink. The second floor has two conservatories whose windows/doors and roof can be fully opened. So always in the sun and out of the wind! Also upstairs, the terrace is equipped with table, chairs, loungers and cushions.
